Person with Borderline Personality Disorder

i am a sufferer of Borderline Personality Disorder with severe bouts of depression. i know how hard it is for me to cope with my bad temper and sudden rages, and can only imagine how hard it is for my partner and children. I have read a lot of information on what i suffer from and for a time that made me worse, as it gave me a feeling of helplessness, over the last six months i have tried to get to know myself better hoping that this will help me cope better. This has worked to a certain extent, but unfortunately the past six weeks have been a nightmare as i am suffering from a bad bought of depression, and as we all know when that happens everything just falls apart, and you feel as though you are on a roller coaster ride The support of a loving partner is imperative at this point as we really need to rely on someone who understands what we are going through.

But we have to ask ourselves who supports them, who do they have to turn to when things get tough, who can they talk to, whose shoulder can they cry on when they are feeling helpless and are in need of support ?. Apart from places like this is there anywhere else they can go to.
