What do I do if there is no PTSD therapy available in my community?

A few years ago, there would be few answers to this question. Fortunately the Internet has opened up a wealth of resources to all of us. Here are some options:

1. Free Self Help:

2. Buy or check out library self-help books on PTSD. You can purchase many books through PTSD Today

3. Online counseling

There is a normal range of fees for this service, depending upon your counselor.
