About Lindsay

Are you tired of feeling stuck, run-down, and lost but unsure what to do about it? The first step in feeling better starts with making the decision to reach out for help. Our goal is to help people feel more prepared and empowered to tackle everyday life challenges as well as experience more peace with their past, present, and future. Together we can discover the root of your negative thoughts while creating new ways of thinking and coping. Your Counselor can teach practical skills for managing stress, conflict, and ways of prioritize taking care of yourself. Our primary approach allows you to speak freely about your concerns, desires, and goals while also focusing on the role of childhood experiences to help explain why you are feel and act the way you do now. In addition, we do use a variety of other treatment approaches in order to best fit your needs. We will make sure you feel heard and provide a safe space to be able to openly express yourself and begin to heal.
