What we do

Mental Health Today is one of the oldest psychology and therapy resources on the internet, founded in 2002.

We showcase research and articles from industry professionals, discussing topics such as mental health treatments, conditions and their symptoms, and guides to help people find the right therapist or type of treatment for their needs.

We also maintain a directory for mental health professionals, including therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors, to help make it easier to connect with mental health support.

Evangelos Michalopoulos

MSc

Evangelos is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. He holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology (University of Derby, UK), a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (Center of Applied Psychotherapy, Thessaloniki), and a BSc in Psychology (The Open University, UK). He is also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).

Teodora Stojmenovic

MSc

Teodora holds a BSc in Psychology (University of Sheffield) and an MSc in Clinical Psychology with Distinction (University of York). She has clinical experience in psychotherapy centers and psychiatric hospitals, working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder. She is currently completing advanced training in Systemic Family Therapy, specializing in relational approaches to mental health.

Dr. Viktoriia Kononova

MD

Viktoriia is a physician and psychological counselor with a Master of Medicine in General Medicine (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, 2018) and postgraduate training at the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. She has clinical and teaching experience in oncology and pediatric oncology and maintains a counseling practice integrating medical and psychological support for patients and families facing cancer and chronic illness.
