About Erin

I am a pre-licensed therapist with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with mood, anxiety, and trauma related disorders at the inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care since 2017. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to come with whatever they may be experiencing. I largely work with LGBTQ+ folx and individuals in non-traditional relationship structures. I provide unconditional positive regard for individuals to do some self-exploration and growth, find coping skills for anxiety, depression, work stress, dealing with interpersonal relationships and or other issues, or just talk about what is going on for them in a safe space. I practice mostly person-centered and strengths-based therapy and include CBT and other evidence based practices where appropriate based on the individual's needs, identities, and experiences.
