About Johana

“You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” This quote by Lucille Ball is the foundation of my work. The services I provide are built around my client's comfortability and pace. I mostly work with young adults challenged by their anxiety, depression, & possible underlying trauma. However, I do have much experience working with children to older folks in a multitude of settings. My style is effective for clients that are ready to uncover deeper wounds, build awareness, do some healing, and change perception. So, let's practice helpful tools that will help you to tackle some of those challenges that exist. I work hard to create a safe space for you to unload your troubles and cultivate greater happiness in your life by encouraging my clients in freedom of expression. Let me tell you how I can help, let's set up a free-brief consultation & “spoon your way to health.” Ok, Therapy is not as simple as “Vitameatavegamin, but it can be as much fun!
