About Kathryn

I specialize in adolescent behavioral health care. The transition from childhood to adulthood can be a trying time for all members of the family, I'm here to offer support through this turbulent time. I approach each client with unconditional positive regard, compassion, and empathy. I take a values-based approach to behavior therapy. I believe that our values are our compass. Identifying values is the first step in relief from psychological suffering and toward true behavior change. It's my belief that people seek out therapy because they want compassionate care and real therapeutic results. I aim to deliver both. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I only use therapeutic interventions supported by evidence and grounded in science. I do not take a kitchen sink approach to therapy, so you can trust that I have been highly educated and trained in implementing any treatment we decide on together. If you're tired of walking on eggshells, please reach out for help. Just one small step can change the course of a life. “It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are” -Roy Disney
