About Meg

Meg Kennedy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in counseling and education. She currently serves as the Director of School Counseling for grades 6 through 12 and also maintains a private practice. Her background includes work as a special educator, emergency department crisis clinician, and graduate instructor at Framingham State University, where she has taught courses on topics such as child abuse, social media’s impact on youth, and building resiliency for educators. Meg specializes in supporting adolescents and adults with mental and emotional health concerns, substance abuse evaluations, crisis management, parenting, and family or behavioral challenges. She is passionate about promoting wellness, mindfulness, and resilience across all areas of life.
