My therapeutic approach is insight-oriented, relational, and collaborative. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents to make meaningful changes in their lives. Together, we will take the time to get to the heart of your story and uncover deep-rooted emotional patterns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I use psychodynamic theory to explore how our early experiences impact our current functioning, and I see the therapeutic relationship as a corrective experience to heal our early attachment wounds.
