Interests = a) I've been diagnosed with PTSD in Nov/01 and I went
through a 6 weeks, in-residence PTSD/Trauma Program in Guelph, Ontario,
Canada. I have learned a lot from this program. The whole PTSD concept
is still all new to me and I am open to find out more about it and how I
can help myself by learning new coping
skills so that I can improve the quality of my life. Anything to help
make my life better, healthier and more fulfilling. I would like to get
